Call for Papers

NDC E-JOURNAL is a peer-reviewed open-access journal of the National Defence College (NDC), published biannually (March and September). The Journal uses “Creative Common Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CCNC)” lisence and is indexed under “Open Journal System” and "Google Scholar". The journal is also planned to be registered under the Asian Citation Indexing, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), SCOPUS, and Emerging Source Citation Indexing (ESCI) in course of time. The Journal aims to be one of the leading journals of the Country and the Region for its contributions in the field of security and development.

NDC E-JOURNAL invites to submit Unpublished, Original, and Innovative research and review articles on any subject area as per the aim and scope of the journal which should be between 5000 and 6000 words excluding references.

Submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process. NDC E-JOURNAL offers faster peer review process. There will be no charges for registration, online submission, the publication of manuscripts, and access to the published articles.
